Shipping & Delivery Policy
iConf.me does not sell or ship physical goods. Everything purchased here is delivered electronically. This page exists because payment providers require a delivery policy, and to set out clearly what you receive and when.
What is delivered
- Platform subscriptions — access to the iConf.me dashboard and the ability to publish conference websites, at the plan level purchased.
- Conference registrations — a place at the conference the organiser is running, on the terms that organiser publishes.
When

| Conference registration | Confirmation emailed on confirmed payment, normally within minutes. |
Confirmation is sent to the email address given at purchase. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder first, then contact us — a mistyped address is the usual cause.
No shipping charges
No delivery, shipping, handling or customs charges apply, because nothing is physically dispatched. The price shown at checkout is the price payable, subject to any tax stated separately.
Geographic availability
The platform is available internationally wherever our payment provider can accept payment. Public conference websites are reachable worldwide.
Whether a conference can be attended from your location is a matter for its organiser — check their website for venue, visa and attendance-mode details.
If something does not arrive
If a payment has been taken and access has not appeared, contact support@iconf.me with the payment reference. We will either restore access or refund the payment — see the Refund Policy.
For a conference registration, contact the organiser through their conference website; they administer their own delegate list.
