This page sets out the limits of what iConf.me is responsible for when you use iConf.me or visit a conference website hosted on it.
We host conference websites; we do not run the conferences
Each conference website on this platform is created and controlled by an independent organiser. The content is theirs, not ours.
We do not verify, endorse or take responsibility for any conference's dates, venue, fees, programme, speakers, academic standards, peer-review process, or claims of accreditation or indexing. Satisfy yourself about a conference before paying to attend or submitting work to it.
A conference being hosted here is not a recommendation. We do not vet organisers beyond the checks needed to operate the platform and comply with our payment provider's requirements.
Content accuracy
Organisers are responsible for what appears on their websites. While we provide tools and starting templates, we do not review content before publication. If something on a conference website is inaccurate, raise it with that organiser first. Report unlawful content to support@iconf.me .
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, by faults, or by failures at providers we depend on. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no specific uptime level is promised.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of content that matters to you.

The platform and the websites it hosts may link elsewhere. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this platform, including the policy templates provided to organisers, is legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Templates are starting points and require review by someone qualified in your jurisdiction before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, iConf.me is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of the platform, or for the acts and omissions of conference organisers or delegates.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
